Jim's Star Wars art

I've been posting these on the front page, but I guess I'll post them here too and get this category rolling!
First we have an Imperial TIE Fighter Pilot from the Droids comic series. I sketched him with pencil, and he is based off of two reference pictures in the comic.

These are the original pictures from Droids issue 8.


Next I made Horville from the Ewoks episode 'Horville's Hut of Horrors'. He was first sketched lightly with pencil and then filled in with colored pencil.



The latest ones that I made were of an X-Wing pilot and his helmet from the same comic as the TIE Fighter Pilot. He was done in pastels.

Very nice art!

It's kinda funny to see how different these characters' appearances are from in the movies. Interesting.
